WVT has been acquired by Archtop Fiber, a provider of multi-gig, 100%-fiber Internet and phone to residential and business customers across the Northeast. Like WVT, Archtop Fiber is also a local, NY-based company, with headquarters in Kingston, NY.  Through this acquisition, Archtop Fiber will take over WVT’s network and overall business operations.

Our dedicated team will remain in place to serve you, the company will remain as WVT, and there will be no changes to your products, services, or bill. As part of this acquisition, you’ll notice our new company name and logo – WVT Fiber. Under the Archtop Fiber umbrella, WVT is kicking off construction on a 100% fiber network, which will upgrade services across our network to bring speeds up to 10 Gig! This will also bring new resources, additional capabilities, and new tech-focused jobs and business opportunities to our communities.
