On April 24th, WVT acquired the hosted VoIP, conferencing and wholesale assets of USA Datanet of Syracuse, NY.  WVT is an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) in parts of Orange County, NY with   Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) status throughout NY and NJ.  WVT has been in business for over 100 years, and is now a provider of voice, data, video and wireless services to residences and businesses in New York’s mid- and downstate regions as well as in northern New Jersey.
